The Dire Armory x OTTE Gear IFAK MP is a compact, purpose-built trauma kit designed to go wherever your rifle mags go. Roughly the size of a 20-round 5.56 magazine, it fits inside standard AR-15 mag pouches, placards, and elastic cummerbund slots, allowing you to carry lifesaving capability without adding bulk to your kit.
Designed with input from Advanced EMT and firefighter David Scalf, the IFAK MP was built to stay compact without sacrificing function. An integrated strap allows secure mounting on battle belts, plate carriers, or other attachment points, while the slim profile keeps it clear of your pistol draw and comfortable during vehicle operations. Measuring 6 by 1.5 by 2.8 inches, it delivers serious capability in a minimal footprint.
The medical kit includes a SWAT-T Tourniquet, QuikClot Combat Gauze, and HyFin Compact Chest Seals twin pack. A pouch-only option is also available. For a complete setup, the Stop the Bleed Bundle adds a CAT Tourniquet with holder and Trauma Shear Set at a discounted rate.
