If you are not happy with your purchase or receive it damaged, OTTE Gear will gladly accept returns of any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags still attached for a full refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase.
Please note the following:

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Return labels are provided by OTTE Gear for your convenience and the fee will be reflected in your final refund amount.

Original outbound shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

Final sale and Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise specified or approved.

OTTE Gear cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased through third-party retailers.
Please allow 5-7 days from the time we receive your return for your refund to be processed.

For international orders, please contact returns@ottegear.com. International returns are subject to the policies and restrictions of your local OTTE Gear dealer. Return and exchange shipping costs for orders outside the US must be paid by the customer.
