If you are not happy with your purchase or receive it damaged, OTTE Gear will gladly accept returns of any unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags still attached for a full refund, or exchange within 45 days of purchase. Please note that any original shipping charges are not eligible for refund. OTTE Gear will not accept any merchandise from third party retailers.
