The OTTE Gear Patrol Parka is a silent, waterproof hard shell built for patrol work, range days, and unpredictable backcountry weather. Cut to parka length with a high collar, it blocks wind and driving rain while maintaining mobility on the move.

Constructed with 3-layer eVent fabric, the shell is fully waterproof and air permeable to reduce internal moisture buildup during high output activity. Seam-taped construction and YKK Aquaguard zippers seal out rain and wet snow, while pit zips allow fast heat dump when the pace increases. The quiet face fabric minimizes rustle during movement, making it ideal for low-visibility operations.

Two sleeve pockets and two high-volume chest pockets provide accessible storage for essential gear. The helmet-compatible hood stows inside the collar and adjusts with one hand. Microfleece at the chin prevents irritation, and adjustable cuffs and hem help retain warmth when conditions shift.
